Kawata Mfg. Co., Ltd. announced dividend of JPY 20.50 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023 against JPY 15.00 per share a year ago. Scheduled date of commencing dividend payments is June 29, 2023.
KAWATA MFG.CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of plastic products making equipment, as well as the provision of related system engineering services and other related services. The Company operates through four regional segments. The Company is engaged in the production of transport equipment (Autoloaders), transport, weighing and mixing equipment (Auto Colors), high speed mixers (Super Mixers), driers (Challengers), large drying devices, material storage systems, automatic material supply systems, material weighing and mixing systems, mold temperature controllers (Just Thermo), mold cooling devices (Chillers), plastics crushers, as well as streamed equipment and automated systems for each process of environmental preservation.
