As the bond holders of K Laser 6th Domestic Secured Convertible Bonds
requested for conversion, the outstanding shares of the Company have
changed. The Chairman is authorized to adjust the ratios of cash dividend.

According to the resolutions of of the Board of Directors Meeting on
March 24,2022, the Chairman is authorized to adjust the ratios of dividends.
