According to K&K Superstore Southern Public Company Limited (the "Company") has offered to sell 69 million capital increase common share to public (IPO) on September 29-30, 2020 and October 1, 2020 at the offering price Bath 0.88 per share, total net amount of Baht 58.90 million after deducting underwriting related costs.

The Company would like to report the increase of capital spending ended June 30, 2022 as follows:
