According to the E- EGM No 1/2021 of K.C. Property Public Company Limited ("the Company") held on December 12, 2021 resolved to offer capital increase ordinary shares to Right Offering (RO), they have done in the present, with details as following;

Approved to offer capital increase ordinary shares to Right Offering (RO) amount of 2,914,009,678 shares, at a ratio 1 share to 2 capital increase ordinary share, with a par value of 1.00 baht per share, at an offering price of 0.10 baht per share. In the period between December 8, 2021 to December 24, 2021, the subscription was opened and the payment of 2,156,531,205 shares was paid, remaining 757,478,473 shares, total amount of 215,653,370.50 baht, after deducting

expense 250 baht remaining net 215,653,120.50	baht.
		The Company would like to report the utilization of capital increase, totalling 215,653,120.50	baht, as of June 30 ,
2022 with details as following;
