Jupiter SA, formerly Jupiter Narodowy Fundusz Inwestycyjny SA, is a Polish-based investment fund. It operates on the basis of the Act of National Investment Funds. The subject of activity of the fund is purchase of the securities issued by the State Treasury, purchase or cover shares or stakes and others securities of companies registered in Poland, as well as other stakes, shares and other securities law execution, granting loans to companies and other entities and raise loans and credits for the purpose of the Fund. The Company is dedicated to provide loans to enterprises and arrange credits and loans for its own purposes. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated five subsidiaries. As of June 29. 2012, the Company dissolved its subsidiary, Sagar Sp. z o.o. On May 16, 2013, the Company acquired its subsidiaries, Forum XIII Alfa Sp. z o.o. and KCI Krowodrza Sp. z o.o.
