reference to the company's preliminary data that was previously disclosed, we would like to point out that the difference in the audited consolidated financial statements from the preliminary data amounted to 929,737 dinars, an increase in loss and comprehensive income for the financial year ending on 12/31/2023 for the following reasons: First: Recording a decrease in intangible assets (the goodwill resulting from the ownership of the Amman Neighborhoods Company for Real Estate Rehabilitation and Development, a 62.9% owned subsidiary, in the amount of 911,403 dinars, based on the decision of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Decapolis Property Company, held on 3/14/2024).
