Intellegence Parking Group Limited entered into a share exchange agreement to acquire SavMobi Technology Inc. (OTCPK:SVMB) for $1.9 billion in a reverse merger transaction on December 15, 2022. As per the transaction, SavMobi Technology Inc. will issue 1 billion shares to acquire 200 million shares of Intellegence Parking Group Limited.
