Shandong Luxin Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer letter of intent to acquire unknown stake in Shandong Tyan Home Co., Ltd (SHSE:600807) from Shandong Tianye Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd. on January 22, 2018.
Jinan High-tech Development Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the in vitro diagnostics business. The Company operates three segments.
