NOTIFICATION OF BOARD MEETING

The board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Directors'') of Royal Catering Group Holdings Company Limited (the ''Company'') hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Wednesday, 10 February 2021 for the purpose of, among other matters, approving the unaudited consolidated quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the nine months ended 31 December 2020 and the publication of the same and considering the recommendation of dividend (if any) and other business.
