Jigar Cables Limited announced that CS Priyanka Marvania has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company due to personal reasons. Priyanka requested the Board of Directors to relieve her from the duties of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from May 25, 2024.

It offers various products, such as submersible flat cables, flexible cables, poly insulated submersible connection cables, ariel bunched cables and house wires. Its poly insulated submersible connection cables are used are power plants, projects and other electrical systems. The Company serves various markets, such as chemical and pharmaceutical, building and construction, Port Trust of India, shipping and marine, food and beverages, thermal power, hotel and real estate, petrochemical, automobiles, petroleum, steel plant, electrical, ginning, textiles, cement, plastics, hospitals, railways, and mining. It is also developing solar emergency supply (EPS) projects.
