Jiangsu Skyray Instrument Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300165) agreed to acquire an additional 60% stake in Ya'an Tianrui Water Co., Ltd. from Everbright Xinglong Trust for CNY 60 million on December 6, 2019. This transaction was reviewed and approved by the fifteenth (interim) meeting of the fourth directorate of Jiangsu Skyray Instrument and does not need to be submitted to Jiangsu Skyray Instrument's shareholders meeting for review.

The Company primarily provides spectrometers, chromatographs and mass spectrometers.
