Jefferies announced today the addition of Michael Tedesco to its Investment Banking Division as Global Head of Technology Mergers and Acquisitions and U.S. Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Tedesco joins as a Managing Director and will be based in the firm's Silicon Valley office.

Mr. Tedesco brings to Jefferies more than 16 years of investment banking experience with Salomon Brothers and its successor, Citigroup, where he most recently served as a Managing Director and Head of Technology Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Tedesco received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BS from Montana State University.
