Victory Mines Limited updated the market on several changes to the board of the company. Terence Clee, James Ellingford, and Mathew Perrot have each resigned from Victory's board to pursue other opportunities, effective January 31, 2019. The outgoing directors will be replaced by Rohan Dalziell, Alec Pismiris, and David Sanders, who have each joined the Company's board January 31, 2019. Mr. Sanders has more than 20 years' experience in corporate law. He has advised numerous entities, including ASX listed and private companies, on capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and ASX and Corporations Act compliance. Mr. Sanders is currently Chairman of Force Commodities Ltd, and a Non-Executive Director of Caeneus Minerals Ltd. and Pura Vida Energy NL. Mr. Pismiris has over 30 years' experience in the securities, finance and mining industries and has participated in numerous processes by which boards have assessed the acquisition and financing of a diverse range of assets. Mr. Pismiris is a director of Pacton Gold Inc., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, where he is engaged as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. His other current directorships include Agrimin Limited, Aguia Resources Limited, HotCopper Holdings Limited, and Pelican Resources Limited. Mr. Dalziell is a Wealth Adviser and Representative of Patersons Securities Perth. Prior to joining Patersons in 2017, Mr. Dalziell spent 24 years in Hong Kong working for global investment banks as an investment analyst, Head of Research and in various senior management positions. Mr. Dalziell has over 25 years' experience in global capital markets during which time he worked on a number of Initial Public Offerings and capital raisings.
