Jasper Investments Limited Appoints Michael Chan Wai Kwong as Chairman of the Audit Committee with Effect from January 28, 2016 to Replace Ng Chee Keong

The Board of Directors of Jasper Investments Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Michael Chan Wai Kwong as the Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from January 28, 2016 in place of Mr. Ng Chee Keong. Mr. Ng Chee Keong will remain as the Lead Independent Director and a member of the Audit Committee and continue to support the Audit Committee with his experience.
