Pete Bodharamik, Chief Executive Officer at Jasmine International Public Company Limited made a tender offer to acquire the remaining 68.93% stake in Jasmine International Public Company Limited (SET:JAS) for THB 29.7 billion. It was speculated that Pete Bodharamik might offer the acquired shares to some telecom operators, such as Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (SET:ADVANC) and Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (SET:DTAC), which might be interested in creating synergy with Jasmine International. Lars Norling, Chief Executive Officer of DTAC, said the company was not interested.
