Previously, Report on the results of the Exercise of J-W1 No. 11 (F53-5) Number of remaining shares reserved 13,571,091 shares, the Company under the Warrants J-W1 for the last exercise total 13,345,690 units, representing the number of shares arising from the exercise of 13,679,796 shares, which was more than the remaining reserved shares as stated in the previous time. Because the Company's adjustment of exercise price and exercise ratio, However, the Company would like to adjust the number of additional reserved shares of 43,872,798 shares from the unallocated shares of J-W1 to support the adjustment of the warrants J-W1. The company has not reduced the capital because the company has to reserve in case the exercise ratio or the exercise ratio is subject to change in accordance with the conditions on Rights and Duties of the Issuer and the Holders of Warrants to Purchase Ordinary shares of Jas Asset Public Company Limited No. 1 (J-W1). And the last exercise of J-W1 there are 43,764,093 shares remaining for the exercise of rights, which the Company shall reduce its registered capital.
