Jangada Mines Plc is a United Kingdom-based mining project development company with interests in Brazil. The Company is focused on the development of its 100% owned Pitombeiras Ferrovanadium Project (the Project). The Project is located in the Northeast region of Brazil, approximately 280 kilometers (km) southwest of Fortaleza town, the capital of Ceara State. The Project is a high-grade vanadium, titanium and iron ore development project with the potential for open-pit extraction. The Project is located approximately 300 km from both the Pecem and Fortaleza seaports in Ceara state, which are within the Ceara Free Trade Zone, an industrial free trade area for processing and selling the Companyâs products. The Companyâs subsidiary, VTF Mineracao Ltda, has 100% ownership of the Pitombeiras Vanadium Project. Its other subsidiaries include ValOre Metals Corp, Fodere Titanium Limited and Blencowe Resources Limited.
