Directors' right to acquire Shares under the Jacques Vert Plc Executive Incentive Plan
On 11 August 2011, the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Jacques Vert Plc (the "Company") granted the right to acquire ordinary shares of 10p in the Company (the "Shares") as set out below at nil cost, under the Jacques Vert Plc Executive Incentive Plan (the "Plan") subject to the rules of the Plan and the satisfaction of agreed performance conditions.
