J-Sports Corp. signed a contract to acquire building and equipment of Marinos FOOTBALL PARK Higashi Yamada and FUTSAL POINT SALU Tsukashin from J-Holdings Corp. for ¥31.6 million.

J-Sports Corp. signed a contract to acquire building and equipment of Marinos FOOTBALL PARK Higashi Yamada and FUTSAL POINT SALU Tsukashin from J-Holdings Corp. (JASDAQ:2721) for ¥31.6 million on December 28, 2015.

J-Sports will pay ¥23.02 million for building and equipment of Marinos FOOTBALL PARK Higashi Yamada and ¥8.61 million for building and equipment of FUTSAL POINT SALU Tsukashin. The book value of property is ¥31.6 million. The deal was resolved by the Board of Directors of J-Holdings on December 28, 2015.

The deal is expected to close on December 28, 2015.
