iWIN PLUS CO.,LTD. (KOSDAQ:A123010) agreed to acquire 75% stake in At Solution Co., Ltd. from Seungmin Lee, Lee Pyeong-gu, Jang Jin-seok and Sanghyun Lee for KRW 15 billion on December 30, 2022. KRW 2.5 billion will be paid on December 30, 2022 and remaining amount will be paid on January 30, 2023. The acquisition will be funded by preowned funds.For the year ended December 31, 2021, At Solution Co., Ltd. reported total assets of KRW 24.5 billion and Net income of KRW 2.5 billion.

The transaction is expected to complete on January 30, 2023.
