ISOTeam Ltd. has entered into a two-year collaboration agreement with H3 Dynamics Pte Ltd. via its wholly owned subsidiary TMS Alliances Pte Ltd. ("TMS"), with an option to extend for another year at the end of the term on 30 June 2025. Under the terms of the Agreement, TMS will represent H3 Dynamics for the HDB and Town Councils' projects that it secures. TMS will act as agent for H3 Dynamics' products and services, specifically "H3Zoom.AI", which covers the entire façade inspection lifecycle starting with the deployment of autonomous drones to conduct inspections of building façades based on pre-established flightpaths.

The data collected by the drone is then processed using artificial intelligence to detect common defects such as cracks and corrosion and consolidated into digital and interactive reports via a holistic management platform. This Agreement supersedes the one that H3 Dynamics previously signed in 2021 with ISOTeam's former wholly-owned subsidiary, ISOTeam Green Solutions Pte. Ltd., which the Group has since divested of.

Legislative amendments passed in March 2020 required the façade of buildings that are over 13m tall and more than 20 years of age to be inspected every seven years under the Periodic Facade Inspection regime. A new SGD 338 million Façade Enhancement Programme ("FEP") has since been announced, which covers the inspection of more than 4,000 HDB blocks until March 2029. Singapore has more than 10,000 HDB blocks across Singapore.

The FEP is part of the city-state's ongoing estate upgrading programmes to keep its suburbs vibrant and liveable.
