Ortopro Tibbi Aletler San.ve Tic. AS announced that it has received a private placement of shares for gross proceeds of TRY 12.5 million on December 14, 2015. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Is Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi AS.

The company's registered capital will increase from TRY 5.3 million to TRY 16.6 million.
