The Mind Asset Co., Ltd, Youngkwang Network Co., Ltd and SR I&D Co., Ltd acquired 12% stake in KOSSEN Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A009730) from Je-Won Lee for KRW 8 billion on December 12, 2018. Under the terms, The Mind Asset Co., Ltd, Youngkwang Network Co., Ltd and SR I&D Co., Ltd acquired 5.01 million shares in which Mind Asset, Youngkwang Network and SR I&D acquired 1.3 million shares, 1.9 million shares and 1.9 million shares respectively at KRW 1600 per share each.
The Mind Asset Co., Ltd, Youngkwang Network Co., Ltd and SR I&D Co., Ltd completed the acquisition of 12% stake in KOSSEN Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A009730) from Je-Won Lee on December 12, 2018.
