   I am on the Board of Directors and the Chairman of this entity.
   The nature of the business is to promote, sell and service pharmaceutical products on behalf of the larger pharmaceutical manufactures and entities to the pharmacies and medical practitioners.
   I became a Director on 17 June 2021.

RE: Mr Vince Milazzo

Mr Vincenzo Milazzo filed 15/04/2015 (3yr) period. PCI Partners level 8 / 179 Queens Street VIC 3000 Discharged 15/04/2018.

Explanation: Poor & fraudulent advice from a financial advisor to buy MIS products from Willmott forest which suspended trading & voluntary administration 1/07/2010.Mr Danial Stuart Mc Sweeny authorized representative of Australian Financial Services Group LTD Charged via ASIC 18/12/2018 with 20 dishonesty offenses & 1 charge of falsifying books as a company director. 11/02/2020 NSW District Court found enough evidence to support the charges. ASIC determined a determinant ban from financial services for Mr Mc Sweeny. 19/05/2019 ASIC disqualified Mr McSweeny from managing companies maximum 5 year for his involvement in 14 failed companies.

Creditors: He engaged legal representation for mediation with main creditor Commonwealth Bank, but the meeting was unsuccessful with no workable out-come.

Mr Milazzo had no choice but to declare himself, bankrupt due to the onerous shortfall on the Willmott Forest product.
