Subject: Appointment of Supervisory Board members for a new term in office

The Management Board of IPOPEMA Securities S.A. of Warsaw (the "Company") herby reports that on 27 June 2017 the Annual General Meeting appointed the following members of the Supervisory Board: Jacek Jonak, Janusz Diemko, Bogdan Kryca, Michał Dobak and Piotr Szczepiórkowski, to serve for the next three-year term of office.

In accordance with the relevant regulation of the Minister of Finance, the Company's Management Board announces that:

• details of the Supervisory Board members' educational backgrounds, qualifications, positions held, and professional careers are available on the Company's website: www.ipopema.pl, in the 'Investor Relations/Statutory bodies' section;

• none of the Supervisory Board members is involved in any business venture competing with the Company;

• none of the Supervisory Board members has been listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
