IPC Corporation Ltd. announced the resignation of Dato' Dr. Choo Yeow Ming as an Independent Director of the Company to focus on other work commitments. Dato' Dr. Choo will accordingly relinquish his position as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee respectively.
