Internetq Plc : Successful Settlement of Litigation

The Company is pleased to announce that as anticipated, it has reached a settlement with EL2 Sp.z.o.o. ("EL2"), a subsidiary of MIT Group, a company listed on the Warsaw exchange, in respect of a claim filed in January 2010 by InternetQ Poland Sp.z.o.o. ("InternetQ Poland") against EL2 for breach of contract (further details of which are set out in Note 23 of the Historical Financial Information in Part III and paragraph 13.4 of Part IV of the Company's AIM admission document dated 6 December 2010) as well as subsequent counter claims filed by EL2 and MIT Group against InternetQ Poland.

The settlement reached provides that all claims of either side are withdrawn and that the Company, through its subsidiary in Poland, receives the amount of PLN 6.7 million, inclusive of VAT (approximately € 1.25 million).
