Mr. Douraid Zaghouani has been appointed as non-executive Director of International Hotel Investments p.l.c. with effect from November 3, 2014, replacing Mr. Ziad Makkawi. Mr. Zaghouani is Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD). Prior to joining ICD, Mr. Zaghouani was with Xerox for more than 25 years.
