EXTENSION OF LONG STOP DATE IN RESPECT OF PLACING OF

NEW SHARES UNDER GENERAL MANDATE

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 26 February 2020 (the ''Announcement'') relating to the Placing. Terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated. On 17 March 2020, the Company and the Placing Agent entered into a supplemental agreement (''Supplemental Agreement'') whereby the parties agreed to extend the date for fulfilling the condition precedent of the Placing under the Placing Agreement to 20 April 2020 (or such other date as may be agreed between the Company and the Placing Agent). Save as amended by the Supplemental Agreement, all other terms and conditions of the Placing Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
