(Alliance News) - Intermonte Partners SIM Spa reported that it ended 2023 with revenues of EUR32.5 million, down from EUR37.6 million in the previous year.

Costs, net of nonrecurring charges, fell slightly to EUR26.7 million from EUR26.8 million in 2022, showing a recurring cost income of 82.3 percent or 87.2 percent including nonrecurring charges.

Consolidated adjusted net income is down 47 percent to EUR3.7 million from EUR6.9 million in 2022 while the reported figure shows a decline to EUR2.5 million from EUR6.5 million.

The group ended 2023 with an adjusted ROE of 8.7 percent, maintaining high levels of capitalization with an IFR ratio of about 4.7 times minimum capital requirements.

The board proposed to shareholders the distribution of a dividend of EUR0.26 per share, unchanged from that paid last year. The ex-dividend date will be May 13, the record date is May 14, and the payment will be on May 15.
