IndiGo Airlines Pvt. Ltd. is reportedly considered as top bidder for Novotel Hyderabad Airport a GMR Infrastructure Limited (BSE:532754), worth INR 3 billion. The sale process is managed by HVS International, Inc., person briefed on the matter said.
Interglobe Hotels Private Limited or hotel focused private equity fund will be used as the vehicle for the acquisition. Times of India reported that spokesperson from Inter-Globe refused to comment.
