Banco Inter S.A. entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire remaining 50% stake in Granito Instituição de Pagamento S.A. from Banco BMG S.A. (BOVESPA:BMGB4) for BRL 110 million on May 28, 2024. Prior to the transaction, Banco Inter S.A. held 50% stake in Granito upon completion Banco Inter S.A. will hold 100% stake in Granito Instituição de Pagamento S.A. The transaction is subject to approval from the Central Bank of Brazil and approval from The Administrative Council for Economic Defense.
