Infigen Energy Limited, Infigen Energy Re Limited and Infigen Energy Limited Announces Fiona Harris, Director Return from Leave of Absence, Effective from 1 March 2016

Infigen Energy announced that Ms. Fiona Harris, who was granted a leave of absence as a Director on the Boards of Infigen Energy Limited, Infigen Energy RE Limited and Infigen Energy (Bermuda) Limited from 1 July 2015, will now resume her duties as a Director on 1 March 2016, which is one month earlier than previously advised. Ms. Harris will also resume as Chair of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee and a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
