Indoco Remedies Limited reported unaudited standalone earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported revenue from operations of INR 2,480 million compared to INR 2,741.9 million a year ago. Total income from operations (Net) was INR 2,625.6 million compared to INR 2,781.2 million a year ago. Profit for the period was INR 53.4 million or INR 0.58 per basic and diluted share compared to INR 226.6 million or INR 2.46 per basic and diluted share a year ago.
For the nine months, the company reported revenue from operations of INR 6,964 million compared to INR 7,584.5 million a year ago. Total income from operations (Net) was INR 7,157.2 million compared to INR 7,719.4 million a year ago. Loss for the period was INR 144.7 million or INR 1.57 per basic and diluted share compared to profit of INR 206.9 million or INR 2.25 per basic and diluted share a year ago.
