This is in continuation to our earlier letter dated 15th January 2019 and wish to inform you that in terms of provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended by the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2015 and Regulation 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations , 2015, the Company has fixed 11th January 2019 as the Cut-off Date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically by way of Postal Ballot, for the period commencing from Wednesday, 16th January 2019 at 9 :00AM to Thursday, 14th February 2019 at 5:00PM.

The Company would be availing e-Voting services of National Securities Depository Limited.
