INFORMATION ON THE DATES TO WHICH CONCERNS THE NOTICE OF THE GENERAL MEETING TO BE HOLD ON THE 24TH OF MAY

The dates to which the notice of the General Meeting to be hold on the 24th of May is concerned, are herein clarified as follows:

1. the deadline to present additional items to the agenda and resolution proposals is the 6th of May 2024, by 11:59 p.m. (WET);
2. the deadline for the shareholders to declare their intention to take part in the works of the meeting is the day prior to the "Registration Date", i.e., the 16th of May 2024, by 11:59 p.m. (WET);
3. the deadline for the shareholders who, on a professional basis, hold shares in their own name, in spite of representing their clients, and intend to vote by correspondence, to submit their intention to participate in the General Meeting, their voting declaration and the declaration of their financial intermediary is the "Registration Date", i.e., the 17th of May 2024, by 11:59 p.m. (WET);
4. the "Registration Date", for the purposes of participating in the General Meeting, is the 5th trading day prior to the General Meeting, i.e., 17th of May 2024;
5. the deadline for the financial intermediaries to inform the Company about the number of shares registered on behalf of each of their clients who intend to participate in the meeting is the "Registration Date", i.e., the 17th of May 2024, by 11:59 p.m. (WET);
6. the deadline to submit the postal voting is the third working day prior to the date of the General Meeting, i.e., the 21st of May 2024, by 11:59 p.m. (WET);
7. the deadline to submit representation letters to the General Meeting is the third working day prior to the date of the General Meeting, i.e., the 21st of May 2024, by 11:59 p.m. (WET);
