Purchase of bonds by subsidiary

Current report no 39/2015

Impexmetal S.A. with the seat in Warsaw informs that on 15 October 2015 its subsidiary purchased 7 units of inscribed bonds of the nominal value of PLN 1,000,000.00 each issued by Impexmetal S.A. The bonds have been purchased at the Issue Price for a total amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 (say: seven million).

The interest rate was set on the market conditions. Date of bonds' issue: 15 October 2015.

The day of buy-back: 31 December 2015.

Purchase of bonds has taken place in order to invest free financial fund of the subsidiary entity.
