Prima BioMed second quarter highlights and management Conference Call

Prima BioMed Ltd (ASX: PRR; NASDAQ: PBMD; ISIN: US74154B2034) ("Prima", the "Company") today released its Appendix 4C - Quarterly Report for the second quarter of financial year 2014, the three month period ending 31 December 2013.

The Company ended the quarter with approximately A$28.58 million in cash and term deposits. The majority of funds spent during the quarter were related to ongoing development activities of Prima's lead product in clinical development, CVac™.

Webcast and Conference Call Information
Prima's management will hold a conference call to discuss its second quarter financial results and its R&D progress on February 6, 2014 at 9:00am (Sydney local time). Sydney / Leipzig, 29. Januar 2014 - Prima BioMed Ltd. (ISIN US74154B2034) hat heute seinen Appendix 4C - Quartalsbericht für das zweite Quartal des Geschäftsjahres 2014 (vom 1. Oktober 2013 bis 31. Dezember 2013) veröffentlicht.

Zum Ende Dezember 2013 beliefen sich die liquiden Mittel von Prima BioMed auf 28,58 Mio. australische Dollar (AUD). Der Großteil der während des zweiten Quartals ausgegebenen Finanzmittel wurde für laufende Entwicklungsaktivitäten des Hauptproduktes von Prima BioMed, CVac™, verwendet.

Das Management von Prima BioMed wird am 6. Februar 2014 um 9:00 Uhr Sydney Ortszeit eine Telefonkonferenz durchführen, um die Finanzergebnisse des zweiten Quartals und die Fortschritte im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung zu eräutern.
