An affiliate of Flacks Group acquired Artemyn division from Imerys S.A. (ENXTPA:NK) valued at close to ?150 million on July 8, 2024. Artemyn division has generated sales of approximately ?370 million in 2023. Morgan Stanley served as an investment banker on the deal, with Latham & Watkins LLP, Moncey Avocats Law Firm, and Berger Singerman LLP acting as transactional lawyers.

An affiliate of Flacks Group completed the acquisition of Artemyn division from Imerys S.A. (ENXTPA:NK) on July 8, 2024.
