Jason Hart to Resign from Board of Directors of Identiv, Inc., Effective from February 12, 2016

On December 23, 2015, Jason Hart notified Identiv, Inc. that he would not stand for reelection to the Board of Directors, effective at the time of the company's 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders scheduled for February 12, 2016. Mr. Hart has been a member of the company's Board of Directors since September 2013.
