Ialta Industries Ltd. (Ialta) is a Canadian asset management company with a global network of partners, public and private sector contacts, and customers. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary is Synaptech Solutions, Inc. (Synaptech). Synaptech provides energy management solutions for the global energy and utility markets, while incorporating various communications technologies, including wired, wireless, radio frequency and power line. During the fiscal year ended August 31, 2005 Ialta entered into a property option agreement with Double Star Resources to earn a 50% option in the Scotia Property mineral claims. The Scotia Property is a zinc-lead-silver property.
