Arkray, Inc. acquired 0.19% stake in i-SENS, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A099190) from Geun Sig Cha for approximately KRW 830 million on December 4, 2015. Arkray, Inc. acquired 0.03 million shares at KRW 32544 per share. i-SENS, Inc also entered into other multiple transactions and used KRW 5.77 million of its own funds for the transaction.
