Hua Jung Components Co., Ltd. (GTSM:5328) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,200,000 shares, representing 0.69% of its issued share capital for TWD 13.99 million. The repurchases will be made at a price that is within the range of TWD 7 per share and TWD 11.25 per share. The purpose of the program is to maintain the company's credit and shareholder's equity. The program will run up to August 19, 2017. As of June 20, 2017, the company has no shares in treasury.
