EuroInvestor.com A/S (CPSE:EI) made an offer to acquire Victoria Properties A/S (CPSE:VIPRO) for DKK 2 million in cash on September 1, 2016. EuroInvestor.com will pay DKK 0.43 per share. The offer will run from September 13, 2016 to October 12, 2016.

As announced on October 13, 2016, Euroinvestor received acceptances from shareholders representing about 3 million shares in Victoria Properties, corresponding to 64.94% of the company's share capital.
