HKS Co., Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ending February 29, 2024 and for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2024. For the six months ending February 29, 2024, the company expects Net sales of JPY 4,470 million, Operating profit of JPY 125 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 88 million and Basic earnings per share of JPY 62.19.
For the fiscal year ending August 31, 2024, the company expects Net sales of JPY 9,400 million, Operating profit of JPY 530 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 360 million and Basic earnings per share of JPY 254.43.
HKS CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile parts and ultralight plane engines. The Automobile-related Parts segment manufactures and sells mufflers, electronic parts, turbo chargers, suspensions, cryogenic and engine parts, among others. This segment distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets. Through its subsidiary, the Company is also engaged in the processing of parts for automobile manufacturers. The Others segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of ultralight plane engines and others.
