DISPOSAL OF A SHARES BY A DIRECTOR

Reference is made to the announcement on the proposed disposal of A shares by a director of Hisense Kelon Electrical Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") dated 26 June 2018.

The Company has been notified by Mr. Jia Shao Qian ("Mr. Jia"), the executive director and president of the Company that he had completed the proposed disposal on 25 July 2018 pursuant to which the Company had disposed of an aggregate of 134,700 A shares of the Company (representing approximately 0.0099% of the total issued share capital of the Company) on-market by centralised price competition from 24 July 2018 to 25 July 2018 on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for the average sale price about RMB 9.22 per A share (the "Disposal").

Immediately before completion of the Disposal, Mr. Jia held a total of 539,060 A shares of the Company (representing approximately 0.0396% of the total issued share capital of the Company). Upon completion of the Disposal and as at the date of this announcement, Mr. Jia held a total of 404,360 A shares of the Company (representing approximately 0.0297% of the total issued share capital of the Company).
