Hillgrove Resources Limited (ABN 73 004 297 116) (ASX: HGO) (Hillgrove) confirms that despatch to Eligible Shareholders of the Share Purchase Plan Booklet and accompanying personalised Application Form (SPP Offer), as announced to the ASX on 1 March 2023, will occur today.

The SPP Offer opens today, Monday 6 March 2023, and is expected to close at 5:00pm (Sydney time) on Monday 27 March 2023.

Company Profile

Hillgrove Resources Limited is an Australia-based mining company. The Company's flagship project The Kanmantoo Underground project is located approximately 55km from Adelaide. The Kanmantoo features the recently completed Giant, Nugent and Emily Star Open Pits, and a fully permitted and operational ore processing plant, and tailings storage facility with spare capacity. The Company's pipeline of exploration opportunities over more than 6,100 square kilometers (km2) of tenements. These tenements comprise three project areas: the Mine Lease Exploration, Near Mine Exploration and the Regional Exploration areas within the Kanmantoo Province in the south-east of South Australia. In addition to the Kanmantoo operation, The Company holds over 6,150 km2 of granted Exploration Licenses in South-eastern South Australia which are prospective for the discovery of economic copper deposits within a variety of geological settings (Southeastern Copper Project).
