Distribution for the quarter ending 31 December 2012

Hastings Funds Management Limited as Responsible Entity for the Hastings High Yield Fund (HHY) is pleased to announce details of the cash distribution for the quarter ending 31 December 2012.

Distribution amount 1.75 cents per unit

The following dates apply to the distribution:

HHY units trade ex-distribution Friday 21 December 2012 Record closing date Monday 31 December 2012 Estimated payment date Friday 8 February 2013 Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP)

As a result of HHY's current cash reserves and fully funded operating position, HHY's Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is not currently in operation. Therefore, all unitholders will receive their distributions by way of direct payments.
