Arqiva repayment

Hastings Funds Management Limited (Hastings) as Responsible Entity for the Hastings High Yield Fund (HHY) advises that HHY has received full repayment of its £10.7 million face value (equivalent to approximately A$16.5 million) investment in Arqiva's junior floating rate loan. HHY's investment in the loan has been repaid in advance of its July 2015 scheduled maturity following a recent refinancing of Arqiva's debt. HHY invested in Arqiva in July 2007 and has achieved a realised return over the holding period of
10.29 percent per annum.
Hastings regards this as a favourable outcome for investors given it is consistent with the strategy of running off the portfolio in an orderly manner.
All surplus cash including the proceeds from the repayment of this loan and recent sale of the ADI Finance 1
Senior Loan Facility (Heathrow) will be distributed to investors as part of the upcoming March 2013 distribution.
