HFT Group SA acts as an intermediary between venture capital funds, as well as private equity funds and the companies which intend to raise capital. The Company is authorized financial advisor of the dairy producer Milkpol SA and GeoInvent SA, Tonsil Acoustic Company SA and M Development SA, among others. The Company's major shareholder is V Capital SA with a stake of 50.99%.
